This magnificent villa is located a 10-15 minute walk from the Piazzetta (main square) and the center of Capri. Fantastic, panoramic views over the entire town and the Bay of Marina Piccola can be enjoyed from any point along the property.
Villa Il Fortino is reached by following a small, pedestrian walkway leading from the main square, though the historical center of Capri. Once you reach the foot of the property, 164 steps take you from the path up to the main entrance of the property. However, the panoramic views, its perfumed gardens, and the multi-level terraces and pool deck are worth the walk, as the property takes advantage of an enormous, outdoor space (approx. 13,000 square feet).
